Sorry I've not been around my friends, all is good now, had to go into hospital to have my Aortic valve replaced.  :good:

Sarah got one about 15 years ago. The hospital gave her a stuffed teddy bear to hug any time she coughed or sneezed. She said it helped.

Does hurt big time when you cough Cos, had a coughing fit last night which ended up in a big sneeze, that was agony.  :swoon:
