The Passage of Time

We are reminded again that time waits for no man by the passing of two SCCA Champions from the past.

They were top level sports car racers at the club level who never quite made the jump to the pros. Nevertheless if you followed American sports car racing in the 60's and 70's you knew their names.

I remember them both. Those were the days when racing was still more of a sport than a business & most of us got our racing news once a month when Road & Track or Sports Car Graphic arrived in the mailbox.

They were fine drivers & great sportsmen. R.I.P.
