According to Claire in Williams PR dept Nico dropped in yesterday.

"Our old Nico (Rosberg) stopped in our box by mistake yesterday - he must be missing us!"

I just wonder if Nico had lost his way or was he looking to set Ruben's straight. Cheesy

Does that mean that Barichello will be pulling over for MS all season?  (Well... let's face it, he'll have to, it'll be a blue flag scenario, won't it?  Evil)

Hey, no fair!  I am sure Michael will not need blue flags to pass the Williams even if it is being lapped  Cry

As for Nico, that is quite funny if true, but we are the only team he's raced for in F1 so I guess it is likely he got confused, or maybe we're paying him for insider info... He pulled up to let Sam and the boys get a good close up of the car  Cheesy

Maybe it means that the Mercedes team will have a large sign hanging in La Rascasse that says:

"MICHAEL! KEIN PARKEN!!!"

Well, Nico won't be the first driver ever to do this... ...but it's one of the moves that never ceases to bring out the giggles!

It's best to do it now and get it out of his system than
during a race

If Williams really can change the tires in under three seconds, maybe he'll pull into their pit by accident, and get a fresh set of rubber before they notice it's the wrong car...

If he does, then he'll get disqualified for not using tyres from his allocation and Williams' mechanics will be really really puzzled...

If I am not wrong, Fisi too made the same mistake of stopping at FI box during one of the practice session after he joined Ferrari.

I missed that one (I think - the trouble is my practise notes for the races where that could have happened disappeared when the Fisichella Forum went down). That said, I distinctly remember reading that he'd done the same thing in his first practise session of his second stint at Jordan (that time it was a somewhat bemused Bennetton which received the visit).

Alesi stopped at Prost on his first practise session with Jordan, which was particularly hilarious since the Prost/Alesi split had been highly acrimonious - we could go on all day with things like this...
