We have a saying over here - "It looks like someone beat it to death with a J.C. Whitney catalogue." 

Whitney is a fine parts source, but is also know for selling hood ornaments (bonnet mascots), fender skirts, curb feelers, etc.

Like this one, where his eyes and arm light up red. It would look right at home on that car.
