Well done Alonso, a true asset to the greatest team in the world.

Well done Felipe, your back.

YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEha!

Go FERRARI, FM and sweet FA - a wonderful result following last year's fiasco.

Ha, but only thanks to Vettel's exhaust problem.  :P  :tease:

not a great win for ferrari. Alonso only won because of sum1 elses bad luck, and the car wasnt exactly good when it was behind the reb bull, in fact, they was worried about it not finishing, and theyve already had to change the engines in both cars

perhaps the biggest part David, so I have little sympathy for SV or REDBULL; they were not good enough and FERRARI was.

FERRARI for WCC and FA or FM for WDC  :swoon: :P :tease:

Ferrari deserves the win right enough - so well done to them, (thru gritted teeth). :good:

The engine situation worries me about Ferrari long term in the season and it'll be interesting to see just how much more speed is in that RBR car if Renault get the green light to bring their engine up to Merc power.

Will Ferrari be allowed to rebuild the swapped out engines, or are they lost for the season?

(Same question for Vettel's Renault...)

I said if the Ferrari is any good Alonso
will be hard to beat even if   he allowed
on a bad spak plug for his race

I think they said they would be using the ropey engines for free practice.

No pressure on the mechanics then, to keep swapping out duff engines after practice. :P

Ferrari's engine change happened in parc fermé. Contrary to Ferrari's statements on the matter, the regulations only allow such an engine to be re-used in the final race of the season (in this case Abu Dhabi).

Vettel's is not a parc fermé change, so he can re-use that engine whenever he likes, provided the spark plug can be replaced without breaking any homologation seals. Otherwise it is either lost or treated as a changed engine (in the latter case being usable at any time).
