It was a funny line... but you can't blame webber... he drove well considering he was held up by the boat anchor... I mean button....

Although when I saw all that smoke I almost made a mess in my pants thinking his engine blew....

Heroes:

Massa - great recovery and showed good maturity.
Vettel - for driving through a problem as best he could
Rosberg - for showing he's got the stuff against Shuey in equal equipment.

Zeroes:

Button - Bad start, mundane 'racing' if you can call it that... holding up faster cars
FIA - 2010 regs (well, some of them)
Herman Tilke - for god's sake just design a track like spa and you'll be on a winner

Honourable mention: Karun Chandhock - Dealt with difficulties and disappointment like a champ.

It was in there purely for humour value, I don't blame Mark, this time anyway! If it happens again well thats it, he's going to have to get himself a red and white stripy hat and laughing dog!

And I reckon he'd pull it off brilliantly in true Aussie grit style... LOL...

Heros
Ferrari for building a good car - the F60.
Massa for his return.
Lotus for finishing.
Lewis for getting more out the car than what was there.
Chandhok a class guy.

Zeros
Bridgestone the tyres are too durable and should not last a race.
The circuit too long too booring.
The Technical regs for not allowing the cars to run close enough to overtake.
Once you have retired every day is a Saturday!

Heroes:

Cosworth - THEY'RE BACK!  :yahoo:

Barrichello - For putting them ahead of Ferrari & Merc mills.

Vettel - Robbed by Renault exhaust.

Massa - Good job after that horrific accident last year.

Trulli - For limping his failing Lotus home.

Webber - He had to be worried about his engine after it fogged for mosquitoes.

Chandhok - Good attitude

Zeroes:

The track - Awful, bland, boring, featureless.

No refueling - Now we know why supertanker racing never caught on.

The Grid Girls - I think those were Gulf Air flight attendants. About as exciting as the track.

Note to stealthhaggis - Dick Dastardly had nothing to do with it! Here's the real story!  ;)  (At least he didn't push the red button!)

Heroes
Vettel - the only driver really 'going for it'
Hamilton - driving beyond the car's abilities
Massa & Alonso - ignoring (to a small degree) the teams instructions to save the engines.
Kovi - getting the Lotus home and having some good battles along the way

Zeroes
Tilke / Track - bumpy and boring
Schumacher - for whining about the regulations that clearly affected everyone

Not a zero but very worrying - Webber. Vettel was in a different league. Mark can't complain about being held up by Button because he was being held up by Schumacher.
Based on Vettel's raw speed surely Mark should have been able to get past Button and Schui through the twisty bits?

Heros:
Ferd - Nice race, no errors
Kubica - Good comeback.
Vettel - Too bad you had no spark.

zeros:
FIA - Horrible new regs BRING BACK REFUELING!  :yahoo:
Bahrain Int Circuit - terrible new section on an uneventfull track. What, not enough time or money to resurface properly?
Bernie - Just 'cuz.  >:D

Pitiful race, one of the worst tracks in F1...and imagine, Montreal was left out last year for this crap...its in the middle of a desert for christ sakes

Regulation changes added to the disexcitment...no refuelling is no fun, plus the cars are going too slow in the middle sections of the race...

The best part of F1 is the strategy and I feel that the restrictions placed on the car and the pitstops have really lessened the quality of the product...hopefully the first race is not the tale of the season...

Congrats to Alonso and ferrari...I hate that team, but they were the only consistent package for the weekend...kudos to them....small kudos to Lotus for completing the GP and a very nice job done for Force India, who deserved a little better than what they got...Sutil should have scored some points for them, but it was not to be...High hopes for young guns such as Vettel and Rosberg who both look to be future stars

Heroes : Alonso for being the fastest man on the track by a fair distance.
Nico : For finishing ahead of MS
Luizzi: For coming in 9th.
Hamilton: For driving an incident free race and getting on to the podium.

Zeroes:
Webber: He was outclassed by his team mate.
Button: He needs to up his game.

No not by a long chalk, but he is the only one with a name that makes people take notice, the press loves to stir up controvesy.

Webber has been doing plenty of whining, he is one of the more quoted drivers lately due to his moaning!
