Ok next question:-

What does a white flag mean when it is shown during a race? It's the FIA sporting regs version that's needed, we are talking about F1 after all.

Nope, sorry dare you're thinking of the US version as used in Indy and Nascar.

According to my sources 'The white flag indicates the presence of an official car or a competitor moving at below normal speed in the section of track covered by the flag station.'

The official car bit is what I was alluding to, badly it seems   :swoon:  -  so I'll pass the quiz back to you then Dare for the next question.
