Team - Coloni (Enzo Coloni Racing Systems).  Number - 67 Dnq/Dnpq from 81 entries, between 1987 and 1991.

Unless you care to add it's successor team Andrea Moda which puts another 15 Dnq/Dnpq from 16 entries in 1992.
