Pet Peeves
« on: May 02, 2010, 02:03:56 AM »
Anyone have any pet peeves that really get
under your skin.Ol Dare cares about what
you think and would like to let you release
a little steam

One of mine is when you see a new story that interests you
so you click on it and it's a video you have to wait to load.
Don't they think people can read a story all by their selves?

That drives me nuts too.  I'd much rather read about it than have some talking head tell me about it.

No Flash on any i-products drives me nuts too.  Why can't Apple and Adobe get their heads together and sort it out???  There is too much Flash on the internet for me to be completely happy with my iTouch.

A bit off topic, but slow drivers in the left lane. And people who sit at a green light waiting turn left without moving until the arrow comes on, no matter how clear it is.

Mmmmm, my kind of topic! Lets see, time to vent!

- Barking dogs, or rather the owners of barking dogs. BRING THE MUTT IN WHEN/IF IT'S BARKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! >:(

- People with expensive vehicles that take two parking spaces.

- Cashiers that actually need the cash register to tell them how much change to give me. How you got the job in the first place is beyond me.

- F1 races that start at 4AM!  :P

- PC vs. Mac or Mac vs. PC type people...get over it and just shut up already.

- The fact that I'll probably never get to fulfil my lifelong dream of having 0-g sex..heck I'd even settle for by myself.  :DD
ps - the "Vomit Comet" just wouldn't cut the mustard!

- Oh yeah...fake boobs. Can I say "boobs" here?

Similar to Dare's last one:

Drivers who pull out in front of you, cut you off, and then slow to a crawl!  >:D

Yeah especially when you leave em space to get on the motorway (expressways I think you call it over the pond) or dual carraigeway. But it gets worse, a minute later they take off at over the speed limit, what's that all about! >:(
