We're looking for a new cook

I just had to share this with you guys.  We have been looking for a new cook for a few weeks.  We got an email from a guy in Germany who wanted the job.  He lives too far away to come for an in person interview, so he sent along his resume and a picture.  He said he didn't have another picture he could send, but I'm sorry - if any of you got this picture from a prospective employee, would you even call him back???

Anyone remotely serious about the job would have taken 10 minutes to make a proper picture. My dad was hiring a delivery driver years ago, when a young man came in to apply. He didn't have a commercial license and was told the job required it. Two hours later he was back with a commercial license in hand. He got the job.
