Cyclists on the pavement(sidewalk), get them on the road.

Wot even the 5 to 11 year olds?  :o   It'll make just another excuse for them to lower the speed limits even more. :swoon:

Not 5 year olds John, but when I was 10 I got a clip round the ear from a copper for riding on the path.  :o

Yeah but in 1958 we could all play football or tennis in any residential street for hours on end cos the traffic was virtually non existent. The pavements were busier than the roads  ;)

tv adverts in general but especially those where the voice over is shouting

drivers who never look in their rear mirrors

black cars, especially those that have black interiors as well

President Barak Hussein Obama - a master of hypocrisy

the shite they call 'petrol' in NZ and Australia

the politicians who push the ETS [Emission Trading Scheme] as a viable way of dealing with global warning. It isn't but it will reap them trillions and bankrupt you.

Al Gore for being the 'carpet- bag' salesman to convince you are the reason for global warming so you will accept being mercilessly taxed for your sins. The science he pushes is very dubious and he knows it; his real agenda lies elsewhere.

I never knew that.  You actually call the sidewalks 'pavements'?

In Canada pavement is just a paved area (flat, hard surface), usually made with asphalt or cement.  It's called pavement wether it's the street, a sidewalk or a school yard.

I guess I learned another 'British-ism' today.   :good:

It's either pavement or path Scott.

A path for us is a little trail, more often of dirt or gravel than pavement.

In Australia I'd call a path a sanke
hideout

With you there Sennaman. I have a black car with a black leather interior, bloody dust magnet. It's especially bad for me as I am a real bad clean freak, never will I have a black car again.
