Tire choice between Pirelli and Michelin
« on: May 17, 2010, 01:56:00 PM »
I thought Michelin said they would only come back if there was a tire war...yet Pirelli has said they would want sole supply.  So it's Pirelli then?  I might have to buy some P Zero's for my Touran.   :D  Just kidding - I am in no way influenced by F1 advertising!  :nono: :nono:

I think if Michelin was to come back, they should have to prove their worth by testing their tire structures on every new track to make sure they don't have another Indy debacle.

I would like to see a tyre war again, especially now there is no refuelling. They should be forced to use remoulds! Make for a more entertaining race!!

Since I seldom trust any statements from Marinello, I'm still hoping for Cooper-Avon.
