Is it Marlon Brando in the Godfather and Robert De Niro in the Godfather part 2. They both played Michael Corleone.
Marlon Brando won Best Actor

Brando & De Nero for portraying Vito Corleone, Michael's father.

Famous actor Charles Laughton starred in many great films, (Mutiny on the Bounty, Witness for the Prosecution, The Private life of Henry the Eighth). He directed many stage plays. However, he only directed one film. It was a failure when released, but is now considered a classic.

What was the film, and who was the male lead?

Right you are, Dare!  :good:

Mitchum's performance as an evil, psychotic preacher is truly haunting.

Over to you, Dare.

What is the name of the film where the main story-line concentrates on a man dragging a huge boat across land in the jungle somewhere in South America?
