A bit off topic, but Lotus sent Clark and Andretti to the line short on fuel at least once each, because of Chapman's fanaticism about weight.

Yeah that's right. So I can understand RBR maybe underfueling as Adrian seems to follow the Colin philosophy all round, I can't see Macca taking a huge gamble though, especially not with both cars!!!

It's certainly possible that the RBRs were on two different strategies by design.

If Webber knew all along that a close race without safety cars would be Vettel's to win, then I'm starting to wonder if he shouldn't have made Vettel's pass easier.

I still say it was Vettel's fault, however... if Horner is trying to run a team, rather than two different drivers, there is some more work needed!

I think the term 'swerved' is a bit strong. If you look at the on-board view, Vettel never puts any real steering input to the right, he was just drifting out towards the normal racing line. However, he must of known that Webber was still next to him and seems to have been arrogant enough to think Mark would get out of his way!
Several people are saying that Vettel is the new Schumacher. I think they are refering to his driving skill but now I'm worried that he is also adopting Schumacher's arrogance. I'm just hoping he doesn't also adopt Schumacher's style of cheating.

I still say it is Vettel's fault although I supported him from the start of this season. I thought that he is talented and I enjoyed his witty comments during interview. However if he is going to adopt Schumi's arrogance, then I must say I have supported the wrong person.  :nono:
