I'll be completely useless and say "everything". I've never been, but I've heard that there are a lot of great things to see at the museum.

Hope you have a great time!

I've never been either Andy, so I'm jealous already. If it's an all day visit you should find time to see everything, you lucky person. ;)

Well what a day!!
130 GP cars and its hands on!!
I had my picture taken sitting on the front wheel of a Jaguar GP car I was over the rope viewing the car interiors.
I felt (if I was thinner) that I could have got in Hamiltons 2007 McLaren.
Remember David Purley!! He crashed at Silverstone and the car stopped from 110mph in the cars length, it made the Guinness Book of Records. His crashed car is there, well whats left of it, including the sister car as a comparison.
This is a must for any enthusiast I have a a fantastic day.

I'll post some of the pictures once I work out how too!!

Sounds great, Andy!  :good: Always good to get "up close & personal" with historic cars.

We're looking forward to the pix.

Fantastic slide show Andy. :good: I never knew there were quite so many F1 cars at Donnington, it must have been a great day out.

It was John and I can really recommend it to everyone, as we went on a Monday it was pretty quiet which is probably why I got away with hopping over the rope so often although I was careful not to damage any of the cars.
Oh! £7 entrance fee and a fiver for broucher was very reasonable too.

I'm sure some cars were missing due to the Festival of Speed also some run in the Historic F1 series so you can never guarantee that they are all going to be there the Lotus 72 was one that was missing and I was looking forward to that one. Still a great day out though and with my group of friends there was some interesting dicussions too.
