Get Well Soon Darrell

As most of you will know by now Canada Darrell has suffered a heart attack and is currently in Hospital in Vancouver. I will be sending him a Get Well Soon Card from GPWizard and thought it might be nice for you guys to send him your own personal messages. I will be sending the card on Wednesday 14th to give everyone time to see this.

So please PM me with any message you would like on the card and I will sign your message in your name.

I hope this will be a great 'International' GPWizard boost for him.

I spoke to Darrell's wife tonight.  Darrell just wasn't up to talking at that moment (he has some particularly nasty and painful complications, and it even hurts to talk).  He hopefully will get his angioplasty tomorrow and it will only be uphill from there.  I'll try to talk to him again on Tuesday, and will give you guys an update.  I told his wife about the concern and best wishes from his friends at GPW, and she will pass that along to him as well.

Darrell's now scheduled to have the Angio on Wednesday.  He needs to have blood thinners for a couple of days before they can do that.  In the mean time he's not interested in visitors or calls...so I'll have to wait until after that.

Good news is that Darrell had his Angio yesterday, and they found only a small blockage that only needs to be treated with medication.  He will remain in the hospital for a few days to observe the medication therapy, and should be home and up and at 'em in time for the German GP.  Fact is we might find him on here even more often as he'll probably have to shelve his RC planes for a while and take it easy. 

I'm hoping to talk to him today - that was just the latest update from his wife.
