This is a pet peeve of mine. I think it's time we admitted the war on drugs has no more chance of success than Prohibition did. Legalizing drugs would solve so many problems and who really cares if people get high as long as they're not driving? Is high really worse than drunk?

 Although that particular incident does appear to stem from excessive fondness for spirits CD.   

Not sure the pathologists photos will be as pretty as the one of Paris though.

I suppose the question would be what organised crime would move onto next.  There's always going to be violent people who simply believe it is their right to earn money under the table... without drugs, human traficking would seem to be next on the list
