The current thinking is that, if you have Windows 7, you should have 2GB.

If you have Vista, you should have XP or Windows 7.  ;)

I thought Vista came after XP and now we have 7

You're right Dare but XP is much better than Vista and Windows 7 is much prettier than XP.

New versions of Windows are like Star Trek movies - Every other one sucks!

(95, ME, Vista....)

I found out why I couldn't find F1 2010 in the stores,it
isn't going to be.

Unless you pre-ordered there won't be a dvd version of
the game, you have to download it via the internet.
It's a USA kinda of thing.I may buy the game from a UK site >:D

Actually I could order it from UK cheaper than Australia Luke, thanks for offer though.

The online price to download is $39.95 US,which is a little more than
half price what it would cost over seas not counting shipping. If I
could download it and make a dvd copy I'd save money and have a
copy too.

Wonder how much trouble that is?

this has turned into a nightmare. After buying Codemasters Indy
Car game a few years ago why did I think this would be any different?

Has anyone with the pc version had problems with starting the game?

Looking thru the  Codemaster forums there seems to be major bugs
with the release of this game.

Couldn't get the game to download[wasted $39.95!  Found a dvd
copy on ebay and bought it for $53.00 with shipping but in the meantime I downloaded the game with the way they didn't reccomend.Thought all was going great when I installed the game
on my pc to find out it won't download.

Now I find out thru the forums that this won't work on single core pc's.Not sure if that's my problem though. Why couldn't this have been
a GP5 instead.

There are loads of bugs in the game, some minor and some major (ie sometimes the AI cars don't pit, or when they do at the same time as you, your lollypop man will hold you back until the whole pit lane clears) but Codemasters have patched the game now so it is much better.

well it seems I have ansingle core pc and the brains at
Codemasters designed the game where you need a dual
core or better.

What's your all setup Rom and Williamsfan?

pc,ram, and graphic card.I'll play this game if it bankrupts me >:D
