New Face at Prodrive

Haymarket Worldwide chief executive, Tony Schulp, is joining Prodrive as group commercial director.

This is a new role within Prodrive which will see him overseeing the company's commercial strategy for its global $250 million motorsport and automotive technology businesses. As part of this, Schulp will be responsible for the commercial activities for Prodrive's new Formula one programme.

Schulp will report directly to Prodrive chairman and chief executive, David Richards. Richards said "I have known Tony for many years and have always admired his energy and enthusiasm, which has shown in the products that he and his colleagues at Haymarket have created. I believe he is just what Prodrive needs at this important stage in our development, when we are about to embark on perhaps our greatest venture yet, Forumula One."
