The Telecaster Turns 60
« on: February 28, 2011, 10:56:13 PM »
60 years ago, Leo Fender developed the solid body electric guitar. He was going to call it The Broadcaster. Due to the new popularity of TV, he changed that to Telecaster. The rest is history.

You could crank it up as loud as you want without feedback!  :yahoo:

Nice guitar the Telecaster. I had a lovely copy of a Strat but sold it along with most of my possessions to buy my first car.
