This is a good video/interview done by CNN. Good info, and I really hope Rossi makes it! seems like hes the first real hope for Americans in a while

http://www.cnn.com/video/#/video/sports/2011/07/05/riddell.rossi.lotus.cnn?iref=allsearch

In the end they say Andretti is the only ever American F1 WDC, I guess they forget about Phill Hill...

Phil Hill was a great champion, and a true gentleman. Intelligent, witty, a great writer, he really deserves better.

I agree, Lonny. Hill was one of the best. I loved the reviews of classic cars that he used to write for Road & Track. He also won Sebring and Le Mans each three times.

I wonder if they noticed that the film they had of Mario at the end was in an Indy car?

Makes you wonder about the accuracy of their other stories, doesn't it?

That ended in 1960, wel before the mid-engined cars shown. The first road course U.S.G.P. was in 1959 at Sebring.

Thanks Cos!

and no not really. CNN doesn't do sports, if autosport.com was to do an article on politics you would take it with a grain of salt
