  *    Ricardo Rodriguez & Rodriguez & Ricardo. Born in 1942, Ricardo also died before his older brother in 1962, driving a Lotus 24 in the non-championship Mexican Grand Prix.

  *    Eliseo Salazar. Poor Salazar. This rather embarrassing event took place at the 1982 German Grand Prix. Eliseo moved to IndyCars in the 1990s.

  *    False. He vowed to come back but he never did. Didier was killed in a powerboating accident in 1987.
