From rumours I've heard there is a power struggle between Ron and Martin, maybe with the MP4-12c project up and running Ron wants back into F1 full time?

The way Maclaren is structured, if Ron Dennis wanted to run the F1 team there would be no struggle, he would simply move Martin Whitmarsh to one side.

Yeah, I can't see there being an issue about power within Mclaren.  Simply look at the shareholdings.  Technically Ron reports to Martin, but in reality (i.e. voting shares), Martin reports to Ron, who reports to Mansour Oijeh, who really doesn't care what Ron does, he's just along for the ride.   ;)
