As Ferrari have stated that Massa will be driving for them in 2012 its too early to tell.But there again as they have said he has a drive for next season if I were Massa I would be concerned so how about Di Resta who is doing a sold job?

Bianchi is a member of the Ferrari Driving Academy, I believe.

I thought the Ferrari driving academy was quite young (so to speak)...I still think they should hunt for the best driver they can find (i.e. not necessarily Italian) to fill Massa's seat, not a rookie.
