As we probably all know he has signed a contract for 2012 with Lotus (or Caterham Team Air Asia as it may be known), but speculation today is that while he has a contract with the team its not a guaranteed race seat, that it may be in some other capacity.

He has already signed with Lotus. It was announced at Monza yesterday.

I know he has already signed for Lotus but on Autosport Plus column Tony Dodgins says there is a chance that while he has signed its not as a driver.
