Yeah I reckon Schumi might give Rubens a job polishing his lid, just for old times sake as he misses someone in the garage chirping Yes Michael, No Michael, etc etc.  :D

My guess would be a presenter on Brazilian TV's F1 coverage, a la DC for the Beeb.

I'm not the one to be doing math for Frank, but it seems to me that - using Monza Q as an example - if a driver you pay $3m a year can only beat a driver who pays YOU $3m a year (or whatever - not sure what his sponsorship is worth to Williams) by /10th of a second, there is little point in paying Rubens any more money.
