McLarens fastest

I haven't seen any of FP but I just saw the times for FP2 and Lewis & Jenson were massively quicker than anyone else. Were they the only ones to get out on a drying track?

No is the answer Monty, the McLarens set their times on inters, lewis best time was half way through the session. Some tried slicks right at the end of the session but the track wasn't ready for them.
To add insult to injury for the other teams Jenson was complaining, over the radio, of not getting heat in his front tyres when setting one of his fast times.  :D  If it's a wet race Macca boys should walk it.  ;)

I saw FP1 and it was nothing. Until the last 20 minutes or so, it wa mostly just shots of people watching it rain. Ant, Karthikeyan and co. were joking about trying to fill time.

FP is on at a ridiculous time over here, I don't mind getting up early, but sitting up all night, too old for that stuff anymore.

That's pretty much how every race weekend is for F1 fans in the New World.  (And the main reason there aren't many American F1 fans)

FP1 time wasn't too bad here in eastern North America the last two races. It was at 9:00 pm. Quali was at 1:00 am and the races at 2:00 am. For India, quali will be at 4:30 am and the race at 5:30 am.
