Sarah Fisher Gets New Partner and Driver
« on: December 08, 2011, 01:01:44 PM »
Sarah Fisher has taken Kansas millionare Wink Hartman on as a partner. The team is now called Sarah Fisher Hartman Racing (SFHR). She has also signed 2011 Indy Lights champ Josef Newgarden to a three year driving contract. Newgaden is a 20 year old from Nashville.

The team still hasn't found a primary sponsor to replace Dollar General. Dollar General is moving to the NASCAR Sprint Cup.

Nice partner, but the driver sounds like " Go to the Back of the Line and Start Over," Too bad, and I hope I'm wrong.

I have hope for him, Lonny. He was impressive in Indy Lights this season. He lapped the entire field on the oval in New Hampshire and drove from the back of the field to the front on the street course in Baltimore.

I hope you're right. If anybody deserved some success, it's Sarah.

Was Bourdais avaiable? He might have been a good fit.

While mentioning Bourdais it made me think, what happened
to Scott Speed last year?
Mark Twain once opined, "it's easier to con someone than to convince them they've been conned."
