How CCTV Fights Crime
« on: February 11, 2012, 04:44:40 PM »
A fine example of how CCTV helps fight crime. An undercover officer in the Sussex Police was told by a CCTV operator that there was a suspect in the next alley. The officer ran into the alley, only to be told that the suspect had rounded the corner. The officer continued the chase, guided by the operator. Only when a sergeant checked the operator did he notice that the operator had the officer chasing himself!

This is one of the best CCTV playbacks I've ever seen.

An aircraft landing is just a controlled crash.

Is it against the law to ride bikes in Manchester at night?   :tease: :tease:

Looked like a hand-held camera, not a CCTV.

That was during the riots over here last year Scott, those yobbo's had just smashed a load of shop windows I think, yeh, it was a camera and not CCTV.
