Don't say McLaren slipped up again.

An aircraft landing is just a controlled crash.

Wow.  I can just imagine.  Hammy was grinning ear to ear.  I'm sure in the tech trailer there were guys getting sick to their stomach when they realized what happened.

I understand the rule, and whatever Whitmarsh  :fool: :fool:  says (just trying to save himself a drubbing by Dennis), it should apply ESPECIALLY to the car that takes pole by over .5sec, because it's to test the fuel to make sure there were no additives.  If they let him go, the next time someone will spike the fuel and light fill the tank - 'cha cha bonus, Pole Polition!!'

So I'm thinking, I wonder who messed up the fuel here.. and half-joking to myself think maybe it was the same guy who messed up the wheel nuts in Bahrain, so I dig for a name - and fail, but did find this, which really made me laugh!

You have to remember that McLaren and Lewis have previous for this I think it was Canada that the car ran out of fuel after getting pole and he got out the car and pushed it up the track. So no surprise at the penalty and maybe they will put systems in place that it will not happen again.

I have to say that the usual slick McLaren team are becoming shoddy which would never have happened with Ron there.
Once you have retired every day is a Saturday!
