Al Moss has died

Al Moss had died at the age of 80. Al Moss, the founder and spirit of Moss Motors, passed away Tuesday night, September 25, 2012. The following announcement is on the Moss Motors website:

Here in our building and in our catalogs, Al's presence is still palpable and will be, we hope, as long as we are in business. We are better because of it.

Moss started his business back in 1948 because of the difficulties he had in finding parts for his MG TC. It grew into the largest source for parts and supplies for British cars we have over here. He certainly made life much easier for American British car fans, like me.
