Cos,the steroiders in baseball will be punished in another way,
they'll never see their statue in Cooperstown.

I've given up on trying to figure out who will and won't get into Cooperstown. Buck O'Neil was a legendary player, a wonderful human being and a life-long ambassador for the game, yet he missed out on induction by one lousy vote! I was in Kansas City (though not at the game) in 1999 when Buck took the field for an at-bat in a minor league All-Star Game - at the age of 96! The poor kid pitching almost beaned Buck with the first pitch. Buck threw down the bat and acted like he was going to rush the mound. Then he laughed, waved to the pitcher and walked back to the plate. The crowd went wild.

There's a lot of black players that deserved a shot at the
majors in the 30's and 40's.Jackie Robinson wasn't the best
at the time but the best that could handle the pressure.

Ever heard of Josh Gibson? The Black Babe Ruth
Mark Twain once opined, "it's easier to con someone than to convince them they've been conned."
