The Honda F1 team concluded a three-day test at the Circuit de Catalunya in Barcelona on Wednesday. Running with two RA107 chassis for the first time, race drivers Jenson Button and Rubens Barrichello conducted the majority of the test programme, supported by Christian Klien
Jenson Button joined Honda on Tuesday to take over from Klien. Button worked alongside his team-mate Rubens Barrichello and spent most of his time at the Spanish track focusing on chassis set-up and aero evaluations.
Looking back at this week's test with the Honda F1 team Button said: "We spent a lot of time this week working on the set-up and balance of the car. We have made some improvements and I believe that we now have a much better understanding of the car and aerodynamics. We still have a lot of work to do before the first race and it will be important to make every day count. I am confident that we can make the right steps to put us in the position that we want to be in."
