Wasn't she disqualified from a number of Indycar races for being too slow?

Maldonado is just too inconsistent.  On some days he's really on the pace, and looks very good.  On others he's nowhere.  When the car is uncompetitive he has more bad days than good, and that's not really much of an incentive for the team who need a driver to motivate them when things are not going well.  Maldonado, for me, is not a driver that teams want in times of adversity.
