Talking the Talk gets you nothing, it's well past time to put up or shut up. 

Everyone seems to be in agreement that some money transfer to Luxembourg was attempted last year, however the reasons the funds where returned - whence they came - is not clear. It's anyone's guess if it was a genuine mix up over method & size of money instruments used, something more sinister like lack of proper authorisation from the funds beneficial owners, or even suspected money laundering.

Lotus seem to have arranged their 2014 budget to assume the deal is dead, I suppose though if the money ever materialises in Lotus/Genii bank account they will have no trouble spending it.
