Wurz fastest as tests conclude
« on: March 01, 2007, 06:03:57 PM »
Alex Wurz led the way on the final day of testing in Barcelona. The Williams Toyota driver set a best lap of 1:21.748s in his FW29 but team-mate Nico Rosberg - not in action today - hold the fastest lap of the test on a 1:21.231s.

Kazuki Nakajima took over Rosberg's Williams today and was duly second fastest from the Spyker Ferrari duo of Adrian Sutil and Christijan Albers who made progress today with the F8-VII.

"Thanks are due to the factory and the race and test team for all of the hard work that has been done over the last few months and has progressed the cars to this stage," said Test Team Manager Dickie Stanford.
