Grosjean has easily been beating Maldonado this year, so I think that he would been regularly finishing in the points (as he did last year) if the car were up to it.  The fact that he has scored some points for the team this year is actually quite remarkable, in view of the car's pace and reliability.

Given that Lotus are to have Mercedes engines next year, I expect him to stay.  I can't see where else a better seat might present itself at the moment.

'Reckless' Eric Boullier is still his manager, he wants 'the one time Wrecker' Roman in a McLaren - now there's a surprise. 

Not sure Ron is convinced yet which is why he's goading Jens with comments about upping his game.

Grosjean might replace KMag, however it looks like Ron's hoping to develop a youngster alongside a more seasoned driver in the first year with Honda - so unless KMag completely loses the plot in the 2nd half it's probably Jenson's seat that's in question.

I think McLaren and Honda expect the 2nd year to be a real title assault, so they really need two of the best & fastest drivers available for 2016. - Surely that shortens the odds of Nando, Vettel, or both, being at Woking then?

Well, we all have our opinions of Marko, but according to him McLaren have already made Seb a whopping offer to switch when his R/B contract runs out. He further says it could be a bidding war as Merc would like to replace Lewis with him as well.
