Doesn't Ron own a big fat chunk of Macca, making it difficult to force him out? I think it's Button on the way out. Ron feels Jens is on the downhill slope where Magnussen is the future.

I don't thinkRon is back for the long term anyhow.  Put the team right, babysit the Honda partnership's first year, then maye he turns things over to Boullier?

The sticking point? This article suggests Alonso wants a Honda contract, while Macca wants to sign him themselves. If Ferrari runs 3 cars, maybe He will remain there at least one more season if he can't get what he wants.
