Interesting he has dropped his management.  I'm sure some of the team principals are rubbing their hands in glee at the trend of drivers doing their own contract negotiations.

I'm wondering if the top driver contracts are more or less identical at this point, just fill in the blanks for years and salary.  If that's the case, any extra salary management can negotiate is going to be eaten up by their percentage.

I'm curious what Lewis sees as his next step after racing.  I know that driver owned teams generally aren't successful, but I'd love to see a new round of drivers trying it.

He probably has paid a lawyer a one time fee to help him negotiate but he knows what he wants and what he will probably get.  His sponsorship deals are going to be more interesting.

Lewis goes through managements at quite a rate - I think that's his third one during his F1 era!
