Just do it NASCAR's way. How much do a couple of cans cost?

I think the teams are against it for the same reason as I am now:

What's the point in refuelling if you still have all the fuel flow and max fuel allowed restrictions.

Oh thanks Bernie, just for the show...

Right now, I'm watching the 24 Hour Series race from Zanvoort. The refueling in that series is done in a completely separate area from the team pit boxes. The fuel rigs are common to all teams. So are the fueling crews. Each car pulls up to the first available pump, just like down at your neighborhood station. And, if no pumps are open, the driver waits until one is.

Wouldn't that make things interesting in F1.  ;)

Over here, they are required by law in New Jersey.

This is a pet peeve of mine someone pumping gas is NOT 'Full Service'

Full Service means gas, checking fluids, checking air, checking belts, cleaning the windows.  (Granted, a modern car doesn't really need most of that, but still... it's not 'Full Service')

When I was younger (cough, cough) my Dad owned a SERVICE station, so I was taught how to give full service. He wore a uniform and worked his butt off at the pumps and in the garage and still took time to teach me how to fix a car. I miss him.
