  • If they throw him in to replace Palmer for the remainder of this season, I would be thrilled to see that, but as to his longevity in F1, I am skeptical.

  • Renault managing director Cyril Abiteboul has given Palmer a "points in Hungary or else" ultimatum:

    There are also reports that Kubica will take over at Spa, after the summer break.

  • Based on the fact that he crashed twice in free practice at the Hungarian Grand Prix, nothing but a points finish will save Palmer, and even this may not be enough.

    Hulk was 11th the didn't seem competitive.
    Once you have retired every day is a Saturday!
