If my iPod still has music on it, that sounds like what it would have

Rammstein?  Really?  I have never understood Rammstein fans.  Metallica no problem, but TATU?  No idea who they are.

But it brings up a hilarious meme I saw a couple of weeks ago...

I will never defend my taste in music, but I will always stick by it.

And while I'm not a fan of Kanye West per se, any time I've heard his music, it's very good.

Queen, one of the best bands ever Ali.  :good:

add Abba

I like ABBA and have lots of their music (including three albums and assorted singles and covers). I'm just not as keen on them as I am on some other artists.

(Incidentally, my brother never managed to convince me about Rammstein, but was successful when it came to Metallica and TATU. The latter is a Russian electronic dance-pop group with two female singers and four male instrumentalists, of which only the singers are ever seen on music videos or do interviews. Or did - the band fell apart at the end of last decade because the singers fell out).

I only like one Kanye West song, and that was largely because of the quality of the song he sampled for that one. That said, rap has always been a genre which has been hit-and-miss for me.

To be fair I am not normally a fan of Industrial music and bands like Nine Inch Nails left me scratching my head (Johnny Cash's cover of Hurt is far better than the NiN original).  I do/did like a bit of Marilyn Manson though!  One of my favourite gigs was seeing Rammstein at the Brixton Academy even though my German is sketchy at best.  Amazing show they put on.
