Interesting that it has a shark fin when the FIA says it wants to get rid of them in F1. Take a look at the exhaust. I wonder what that grille is supposed to do. Catch the odd bits of engine that will come spewing out when the turbo blows it up?

I don't know why they'd want to get rid of the fin, flat advertising space is at a premium with all those layered curly q aerodynamics.

I'd guess the grill is to prevent tools being dropped in.
