Old chestnut I know, but. Get rid of the blue flags, if multiple WDC's and race winners can't overtake a backmarker it's a pretty poor show.
An aircraft landing is just a controlled crash.

Sure, then watch as Toro Rossos fight red and silver cars but let blue ones sail past.

I've proposed a solution to change racing entirely:  each car you pass is one point.  Invert the grid so the fast cars start last, cars will be designed for passing instead of leading, blue flag situations become battles every single time.
