Look how well it worked for Jacques Villeneuve

So Coulthard seems to imply that Hamilton doesn't feel he can defend his record as a top driver when things become 'fair' in F1?

I'm not so sure about that.  Hamilton strikes me as wanting to prove he can win in different eras.  Not everyone gets a shot at that.  Hamilton already has championships in 2 eras, why not go for a third?  How many champions have managed that?  Schumacher won in both the in season testing/no testing eras.

Yet again, it's all down to how the media interpret quotes, or alleged quotes.

However, we all know that Hamilton is just as passionate about his music, as much as F1.   With each passing year, he looks more like a music celebrity than a top class F1 driver (I mean that visually of course).   So, who knows, if the sport is set to change substantially, he could very well call time on driving and get his music career of the ground.  Let's face it, he has a couple of $$$'s to throw at the music campaign in a couple of years time!!!

All the best,
Cal :)

As long as Eddie Jordan isn't part of his band!

Please tell me this doesn't end up like Lewis Hamilton's last foray into musicals?

(The awful cameo in "Troy" in the build-up to Turkey 2008, that is).
