Don't think any of the actual socks carry logos, tobacco related of otherwise, probably for copyright reasons Jeri.

It's one of the issues I have about buying a pair, the packaging seems to have a car pic - but the socks don't.  :confused:

I remember when Lotus (team Lotus?  I forget which one) used the old 'JPS' colours to differentiate themselves from the green Lotus team.  There was talk then of them getting into trouble for using tobacco advertising even though they weren't.  Similarly Ferrari had to stop running the modified Marlboro logo on their cars.

I'm not saying it's a problem for me... just the busy bodies who think someone will buy cigarettes because of the way some socks look.  I think they look great, and if I was a sock wearing person I'd buy them.
