Maybe it will look better once they've had time to shoot the clear glosscoat on it.

I would like to think that most drivers would turn away from having #1 on their car, simply for the reason that the number they do choose, has sentimental value in so many ways (the number on the car of their first win, a number connected to family ties, location or local importance, a special year in your life or something along those lines).

I seem to remember a movie, where a race driver was superstitious about the number on the car and wouldn't race, if he could race with that number .... I also think there was an American Football and Baseball movie with a similar plot.

Best Regards,
Cal :)

Alfa's new look. I like it, but I'm going to miss Sauber.

At least there is a reference to Sauber in the livery on the engine cover/body join where it says 'Sauber Engineering'.

Meanwhile, here's the Williams FW42:

Quite a lightweight FW42 there Luke!

I love how they have blended the car colours with the background, stunning!!  :D
