Calling all UK members Williams F1 documentary on BBC2 tonight
« on: February 16, 2019, 03:24:10 PM »

BBC2, tonight at 9pm. (I presume it will be available on iPlayer later).

Williams: Formula 1 in the Blood.

In-depth documentary showing an interesting insight into Sir Frank Williams, his career and family. From nothing other than an obsession with speed, Williams builds one of the world's most enduring Formula One racing teams, but a near fatal car accident in 1986 at the height of this success leaves Frank fighting for his life and the future of the team hanging in the balance.

Racing is Life - everything else is just....waiting. (Steve McQueen)

Thanks for that John  :good:
I will set it to record as I have more chance of baby cakes (Fernando) knocking on my front door than I have watching it live, especially on a Saturday night.

I have the DVD and thoroughly loved the documentary.  I highly recommend it to all.
