Happier Times ...
« on: March 06, 2019, 08:17:41 AM »
I have to admit, looking at the photos on this link, Kimi genuinely looks a lot happier and relaxed.   I'm sure it will be "much of the same" for Danny Ric at Renault, although he tried to find a smile most of the time at RBR.

Anyway, love these shots of Kimi and Antonio at ... OOPS, I nearly started to type Sauber ... Alfa Romeo.

Best Regards,

Any business, team, organisation will have a 'culture'.  Certainly an F1 team needs a 'winning' culture, and if not handled right, that just becomes a 'high stress' culture.

'High stress' isn't the only way to succeed.  RBR very early on emphasized a low stress environment, and that lead to winning.  Now that they've had success, they're under pressure to succeed, and the fun is gone.

Hopefully Saub Alfa Romeo has some success with a more laid back attitude and other teams take notice.

I think Williams and McLaren are in dire need of some 'fun' instead of clamping down harder.

It's nice to see Kimi looking happy and even more relaxed hehe.

I am a strong believer that if you treat people right they will work harder for you. So people.....be nice hehe
