IN MY OPINION hero is too much of a strong word to use for an F1 driver. Now I really like baby cakes (Fernando Alonso) but he isn't my hero. A hero for me is someone who goes above the call of duty for no personal gain.

It's just a form of words Alonsofan to distinguish between those who've done good or done bad.
We're certainly not trying to anoint deities, identify saints or be kingmakers.  :nono:

It's traditional to this site and IMHO seems much better than calling it Winners and Losers or Good drives/Bad drives.
It also allows for members to include the teams, track marshals, FIA & FOM, race stewards, tyre supplier etc etc.

Winners/Losers also covers all those areas too without beefing it up too much.

Champs/Chumps has a nice ring to it.
You could keep the rhyme and say Winners and Sinners.
All means the same to me

That's what a few other sites use, but for me having more than one winner at a GP makes as much sense as having all runners up instead of losers.

We've used Heroes/Zeros for years without anyone beefing it up. Although many times the Zero comments have gotten rather acerbic and possibly malevolent.  :D

Ferrari flew LeClerc's engine to Maranello for analysis and discovered a short in the fuel injection's electronics. A first. They will repair the unit and re-install the engine for Shanghai.
